Professional Summary

I am an experienced project manager and senior instructional designer, with 9 years of experience in the area of Training & Development. Much of my career has been in the federal sector, with 8 years spent as a federal contractor. I have worked with entities such as the United States Agency of International Development (USAID), US National Guard, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI).

I am also passionate about working with nonprofits. I have spearheaded inaugural training programs for entities such as Morehouse School of Medicine, and several historically black fraternities and sororities.

You may have been indirectly impacted by my work, as I developed training solutions for many popular mall snacks like Great American Cookies, Hot Dog on a Stick, and Pretzelmaker.

Though I originate from Kansas City, I now call Atlanta home where I enjoy gardening and spending time with my puppy, Mr. Louis Dior Taylor. I received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Rockhurst University, am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and am a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. I am currently working to obtain my MBA in Innovation and Disruptive Entrepreneurship from Georgia State University.

Jasmine Taylor has been a pleasure to work with! She has had to overcome time (years) and other obstacles in developing two online courses for my organization. Her persistence and diligence was amazing because there could have been more than a few times when she was well within her rights to turnover the business to another contractor. Albeit all the complications, she persevered and to that I am thankful and most appreciative!

Jasmine Taylor's commitment and creativity in introducing and successfully maintaining technical applications and program solutions for over three years was truly amazing! There is absolutely no way that we would have been as successful in the sharing of information had it not been for her expertise. Her capability, dependability, flexibility and impeccable response/turnaround, truly assisted in achieving the mission of the project. I am confident that she will be an asset to any company or organization that makes her apart of their team.
