I am a seasoned  Project Manager,  Senior Instructional Designer, and HRIS Consultant with over 12 years of experience delivering impactful solutions across corporate and federal sectors. My expertise spans HRIS configuration and customization, where I’ve led cross-functional teams to build out systems, implement data feeds, optimize functionality, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. As a PMP-certified Project Manager, I have a proven track record of driving process improvements, managing project budgets, and delivering results on time and under budget.

My experience in the Training & Development field includes designing and delivering 508-compliant SCORM eLearning solutions for over 700,000 learners, including employees of the Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI). I’ve also spearheaded the customization and administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS), where I successfully increased engagement by 65% through targeted marketing campaigns.

Throughout my career, I’ve embraced both the federal sector and nonprofit work, supporting organizations like Morehouse School of Medicine and leading digital transformation initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings, such as helping Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. go paperless and save over $40,000 in printing costs for events.

I'm currently pursuing an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Operations Management at Georgia State University to further enhance my ability to deliver innovative HRIS and project management solutions. Whether leading teams, developing systems, or designing training, I am passionate about creating scalable, effective solutions that drive success.

Jasmine Taylor has been a pleasure to work with! She has had to overcome time (years) and other obstacles in developing two online courses for my organization. Her persistence and diligence was amazing because there could have been more than a few times when she was well within her rights to turnover the business to another contractor. Albeit all the complications, she persevered and to that I am thankful and most appreciative!

Jasmine Taylor's commitment and creativity in introducing and successfully maintaining technical applications and program solutions for over three years was truly amazing! There is absolutely no way that we would have been as successful in the sharing of information had it not been for her expertise. Her capability, dependability, flexibility and impeccable response/turnaround, truly assisted in achieving the mission of the project. I am confident that she will be an asset to any company or organization that makes her apart of their team.
